Hey there. I’m Paige, a music marketing strategist.

Music is a passion, and I’m here to connect music with audiences. I have helped my clients literally sell millions of tickets, land #1 ARIA albums and release singles that have clocked over a billion Spotify streams.

I’m currently the Media Director at Bolster, Australia’s premier entertainment & culture marketing agency. I’ve worked on campaigns for the likes of Splendour In The Grass, Elton John, Adele, Sia, Queens of the Stone Age, Flume, Tame Impala, Falls Festival, Laneway Festival, Beyond The Valley, Pitch Music & Arts and The xx. My specialities are consumer psych, digital advertising and festival advertising strategy and event go-to-market plans. I’m fluent in marketing across channels like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search, YouTube, publishers, digital audio/podcasts, native content, programmatic and BVOD/CTV.

Outside of Bolster, I’m also passionate about access and equality in the music industry for young people, people of colour and women/GNC. I’m a two-time AIR Women In Music mentor. I was on the board of The Push for three years, as well as the Victorian Music Development Office steering committee and the Music Victoria COVID Advisory Board.

On a personal note, I have a soft spot for indie alternative bands with girls wailing over guitars (think Cherry Glazerr, Sorry and Warpaint) and techno (although don’t ask me for recommendations because I lean into the algorithms here).
